The big day... Orginal cache and HQ! The original cache is way out in the boonies! There is a physical container and log for it but like 90 feet away is nother cache called "Un-orginal Stash" which is in a beautiful pine forest setting! Gorgous!! With that done we headed into Seattle to get to HQ for our 1 p.m. appt. Made it, spent a little time in HQ and then took the HQ tour walking the streets near HQ. Some cool finds! We got eight of the nine caches and would get the virtual the next day. Next day got up and grabbed some nearby virtuals and earthcaches and then got the last HQ tour cache which gave us a souvineer! We actualy were done by noon and I suggested that we go do the APE cache today so we can get on the road faster after the APE Mega Event tomorrow... Bob agreed and we headed up that way! Here are some hightlights:

So While I'm shooting flowers, BOB is on a mission and gets to the cache way before me and starts digging it out! It is pretty close to a busy walking / biking trail so it is quite covered.

And it is a deep container... I was up to armpit reaching to the bottom! But since there is only two APE containers still active, it is worth it!! It was full of swag and TB's along with notes We got a "1" next to the APE cache now! Whoo hoo!
