The tower is known as Great Bear Mountain by the local tribes and is considered religious ground. Members leave prayer cloth all around the monument. | ||

There is a trail around the tower... about a mile.... | But you can get to see all sides of it. | On the back side were 3 more climbers.. 1 solo and 2 others (this one taking a picture of his partner coming up). |
