| After Devil's Tower, we stayed over in that location and then spent a day to drive to Jackson Hole, WY. | We stopped at a cool cache... It's called Hell's Half Acre but for SciFi fans it is know for something else... | This geocache location was cool... it was where they filmed the movie "Starship Troopers" This was the bugs home planet!! Too cool!!!! |

| The 8 hour drive was very scenic ... creeks by the road, mountains on both side, ....this house built right next to a neat mountain. | A lot of Wyoming is just giant ranch country with mountains thrown in for the heck of it! <grin> | As we climbed higher and higher to the pass into Jackson Hole valley (Elevation 9,658 ft.). |

| All of a sudden it started snowing... scary for us flatlanders!! | but once out of the pass it was clear again... and before us was the Grand Tetons! | No foothills here... right out of the valley floor into the clouds!! |

| The next morning Dark and early we left the hotel and traveled an hour and half to get to Yellowstone National Park! | There are three times going from the south entrance to Old Faithful that you cross the Continental Divide. | Wow... look at the size of the collar on her. |

| Actually there were two right at the side of the road. | Again... as we get higher the snow was on the ground... with a storm coming later that afternoon, we need to get as much as possible done. | |
