After the tour we made our way to Water Cave where we would spend the night. From there we all got Alabaster T-Shirts, did a trail, got a snake talk, and then moved into the cave for the night.

He had all kinds of props to give ideals of how snakes from around the world interact with prey and humans. We're in class... raise your hand!

Ok...next snake, annaconda..... This rope is the annaconda's mouth... it could swallow this camper whole!!!

Meanwhile during the talk, this cicada (locust) just crawled out of a hole in the ground by Mr. D's feet. It had just come out...he was very soft and needed his shell to harden. Mike showing us how a new snake bite kit works...

You don't cut anymore like us adults were all told.... Instead you use this plunger device that sucks the venom right out of you. It is holding on by itself...good suction.
