So I got a new dehydrator... time to play! | Time to see if I can make some banana chips! | So Slice up the bananas and set the heat and time |

and leave it alone for that time. | And I learned... don't do this on a humid day... they never dry! | But the whole reason I have this machine is to make jerkey! |

I cut flank steak into less than 1/4 in strips and marinate them in BBQ or liquid smoke for 12 hours | They are pretty juicy after that! | I put them out and blot them dry... |

Then on to the trays to dehydrate... | yummy yummy! | 2 1/2 lbs of steak makes 5 trays. |

This is the hottest it gets... | for at least 10 hours (maybe 12) | Cooling down before storage. Notice that I sampled quite a few during the process... |
