Darren and I did our annual trip to a Rangers Baseball game. He met his former boss and his family there as his oldest boy was going to sing the National Anthem at the start.

We started our trip to a pit near Mineral Wells, TX The pit is famous for crinoid stems (fossilized stems of plants) Back in 1980 I had a crinoid ankle bracelet made in Camp Grady Spruce at Possium Kingdom Lake. The shores were littered with them. Wore it until it rotted in late December that year!
