CITO in Wichita Falls with TOGA

Took a trip up to Wichita Falls to meet up with the TOGA group who were doing a CITO (Cache In Trash Out) event and cleaning up an old black cemetery. The grass was chest high and many of the markers were lost. We had to find the markers... weed eaters around them so the big mowers could come in and cut the rest. Good effort and good group!
