Signing the Texas Challenge / Hutto Hippos

Nov. 18, 2017 - Austin, TX - Finally signed the Texas County Challenge - almost 5 months after completeing it. Had a lot of health issues with my mom which delayed our going down to the Austin area to complete it. Grampa Bob and I both met the cache owner and got the logs signed.... Bob was #149 and I was #150 to get the challenge done. From there we got virtuals and discovered a really really fun bunch of Wher-I-Go's in near by Hutto, TX. A hippo hunt using the Wher-I-Go app... 80 hippos are in the area and you have to find them... when you do, the true corrdinates of the cache are then shown to you to go find and sign as you officially found that hippo. I think we got 51 of the 80... we'll be going back for the rest in the future!! Haven't had that much fun since my first Wher-I-Go!!
