| Our first day was to board the bus at 6:30 a.m. and we headed out to San Antonio and the River Walk | We all had Hot Pink t-shirts to identify us to the rest of the group and to stand out to be easily seen. This is done with the kids to keep an eye on them on the river walk. | So basically anywhere you looked, at least one shirt could be seen somewhere!! :) |

| The next day we packed up and headed to Port Aransas and Rockport, TX | And we drove straight to the beach at Port Aransas. | Mid October and the water was still warm!! |

| The next day was a shopping and then fishing day at Port Aransas. | You have to get a ferry to get on the island. Meanwhile you can watch the gulls, pelicans, and dolphins in the area. | |

| A one pound burger on a healthy wheat bun? How can a 1 lb. burger be healthy?? <grin> | But it was good!! | Then we headed to our fishing boat for about 5 hours on the water. |
