Well..it's late September (2 days before October) and time to evaluate how the fall garden is coming along. Well..the summer heat won the war... of 8 pea plants planted, only one survived... sigh... but I'll actually eat this stuff! Let's talk DOMINATE plant!! The dang Pumpkin took over EVERYWHERE!!!

And it looks like I have the GIANT variety growing!!! It will be the biggest thing I've ever grown by far! The pumpkin actually is starting to choke out the winter squash!!

It's fall...time to let the summer plants die...plus I'm tired of harvesting peppers all the time! <grin> But they are doing outstanding with the cool evenings and warm days! The Bell's are going crazy right now..but I'm thinning them out and eventually will clear the bed.

Each crate is only two plants... good yield! But one close freeze and you lose it all! We've already had a 45!! Me with my first pumpkin! I have bigger growing but they are still yellow... whoo hoo!!!
