August 11, 2015 - Well... last time we tried to do GC37GD5 - Fear Factor Nyctophobia (5/4.5) which is some storm drains (sewer tubes) that run under Frisco neighbor hoods... The owner finally posted 2 days ago that she replace it and it was indeed missing! And then it was found yesterday, so we went back to get this elussive sucker! But to no avail! We spent 2 hours sweating our life away, bent over in a round tube with nothing to show... annoying!! Then we went for one more (as we were both beat up from the tubes already). This one GB14 had on his radar but wanted someone with him.. it was a cache about 15 feet up in a tree in a woody area. GB14 brought his geo-extension ladder and we made the grab (after a bit of work!)

but then I saw it was a little green snake... non venomous ... so we left it alone... but it was the only thing we found in the tunnels... sigh... |
Wow... this one wasn't 15 feet up... more like 20 feet! We had to use an extension pole AND the ladder to get to it! |
