D's Pic's and Pops!

We had a business in the school - our classroom would sell snacks on Friday. We would have designated popcorn poppers who came in early to start popping, classroom sales reps who would go to the classroom to take orders and collect money and fill the order and deliver it back, financial managers who counted the money and wrote up the leger and deposit forms and took the money to the office, custodians who cleaned the popcorn machine, and managers who checked every order to make sure it was filled out properly. With this money, we could buy rockets at the end of the year (after expenses). Click on any photo to see an enlarged version.

Sales reps would go to the classroom and take orders and collect the money	Then the sales rep would come back to the classroom and double check that the money matches the order and then turn it over to the Finance managers (who would double check them).	Popcorn makers started an hour before school started to make sure we could fill orders right away.

Then put on your gloves and fill out the order. Roll those pickles!!	You would have your order sheet and just work your way down the line.	Finance managers would use a spreadsheet on the computer to keep track of each classroom sales.

Before delivering to the classroom, the Manager would check your order.	They would also have to roll the quarters into rolls for the bank. Some times we had over 12 rolls of quarters!	I was always really proud of the way these kiddos took up the job and applied thier very best to it!

	The heavy responsibility of being perfect ALL the time was the job of finance (who did a pretty good job!)
