Barn Cats at Work

Well... the ones that stick around are still fed normal cat food as we want them to hunt but not eat their prey. You never know if your next door neighbor is poisoning his rodents. The cats take care of getting rid of mice, rats, snakes, moles and gophers. I have seen cats sleeping on the backs of cows and horses, sleeping in a pig pen with mama and babies, and mostly curled up in the hay pile.
